Following the debate questioning the validity of air quality standards in Europe and the US, we have developed a factsheet debunking key myths and misconceptions about air pollution.
We invite you to share it on your channels and you are welcome to translate in your own language.
We would also like to take this opportunity to invite you to attend the Hot Topic Hot entitled “Is your patient dying from air pollution” at the ERS International Congress 2019 in Madrid.
The session will take place on 1 October from 14:45 to 16:45 and will present the latest evidence on the health impacts of air pollution. It will also explain the methodology and inform the health professionals on what advice they should be giving to their patients to limit the exposure to poor air quality.
